As a direct result of this training:

1. You will learn principles and concepts of successful real estate investing directly from our staff of professional real estate coaches.
2. You will become knowledgeable of strategies and techniques that lead to profitable real estate transactions.
3. You will be trained to implement the habits and skills required for success; you will be shown how to be an effective and efficient investor.

It is important to understand that ultimately your success as a real estate investor depends on your activity and your decisions. Though we warrant the quality of our training, activity and effort on your behalf, we cannot warrant the actual amount of profit you will make. However, as a further statement of Raise the Roof's professional commitment to its clients, we make this final warranty statement:

If, after you complete your training with your personal coach, and after you complete the time of your investment activity supported by our resource line, you still require or desire further support, upon your request we will continue to provide resource line access to you at no additional charge for 1 year beyond the date of initial expiration.
